- 1 cup hummus classic, roasted red pepper, or garlic
- 1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup sliced cucumbers
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
- Optional: 1 avocado sliced, ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese, 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, ¼ cup sprouts
