- 1 can tuna 5 oz, drained
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 celery stalk finely chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices bread
- Lettuce and tomato optional
Mash avocado in a bowl and mix with tuna.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and onion. Mix well.
Spread on bread slices and add optional lettuce and tomato.
