Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna 5 oz, drained
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bread
  • Lettuce and tomato optional

Instructions
 

  • Mash avocado in a bowl and mix with tuna.
  • Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and onion. Mix well.
  • Spread on bread slices and add optional lettuce and tomato.
  • Assemble sandwiches and serve immediately.
