Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf day-old bread cubed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: chopped nuts or cranberries
  • Topping:
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup cold butter cubed

Instructions
 

  • Prep bread and mix custard. Pour over bread and soak.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Add streusel topping and bake at 350°F for 45–55 minutes.
  • Cool, slice, and serve with whipped cream or syrup.
