Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter cubed
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 cup cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients; cut in butter until crumbly.
  • Add cranberries and orange zest. Mix wet ingredients; combine.
  • Shape dough, cut into 8 wedges, and bake for 15–20 minutes.
