  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Combine wet ingredients and fold into the dry mixture.
  • Add cranberries, pour batter into pan, and bake.
  • Drizzle with orange glaze once cool.
