Ingredients
**For the Crust:**
- 1 package
14.3 oz Oreo cookies
- ½ cup unsalted butter
melted
- **For the Cream Cheese Layer:**
- 8 oz cream cheese
softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
or Cool Whip
- **For the Pudding Layer:**
- 2 packages
3.9 oz each instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- **For the Whipped Cream Layer:**
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- **For the Topping:**
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped peanuts

Instructions
**Prepare the Crust:** Crush Oreos, mix with melted butter, and press into a dish. Chill.
**Make the Cream Cheese Layer:** Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Chill.
**Prepare the Pudding Layer:** Whisk pudding mix with milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill.
**Add Whipped Cream Layer:** Spread whipped cream (or Cool Whip) over pudding layer.
**Decorate:** Sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanuts, drizzle with chocolate syrup.
**Chill:** Refrigerate for 4+ hours. Serve chilled.
Notes
Use chilled cream for easy whipping.
