Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • In a jar, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in blueberries gently.
  • Mix well, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir in the morning and add toppings as desired.
