- ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional
In a jar, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
Fold in blueberries gently.
Mix well, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
